Industrial Locksmithing – Projects and Qualified Teams
Industrial locksmiths are the all-rounders of industrial steel and plant construction. The trade covers assembly and maintenance of steel structures, machines, conveyors, pipework, and tanks, plus repair, modification, and dismantling of industrial plants, on-site adaptation of components (flame cutting, welding, drilling), and electromechanical connections. Unlike building locksmiths, industrial locksmiths mainly work on plant sites, in power plants, ports, shipyards, and heavy industry. Example Germany: welded structural joints follow DIN EN ISO 3834 (quality requirements) and DIN EN 1090 (execution of steel structures).
