The trade covers finishing drywall in Q1 to Q4 levels, full-surface smoothing of plaster, filling of joints, gaps, and cracks, skimming concrete and masonry, and post-renovation patching. Quality depends on substrate preparation, correct filler selection (gypsum-, cement-, or polymer-based), even application, and clean sanding.
