1. Payment processing
Payments for subscriptions on this website are processed securely via Stripe, Inc (www.stripe.com), a third-party provider based in San Francisco and Dublin. By authorising a payment, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Use of Stripe (see https://stripe.com/en-ch/legal/ssa).
All user payment information (e.g. credit/debit card details) is transmitted directly to Stripe and processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant to protect cardholder data.
2. Details on billing and subscription
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis at . The subscription fee is automatically debited at the beginning of each billing period until cancelled.
By providing your payment details, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis.
All subscription fees are quoted in CHF (Swiss francs). Any applicable taxes and fees are already included or, if they are additionally owed and not included in the stated price, will be added at the latest at the checkout before payment. The customer always has an overview of the final price before the payment is triggered.
3. Extension, refunds, cancellations and dispute resolution
The subscription is concluded for the agreed duration, without the right of cancellation. In the event of cancellation of the service, the unused portion of the subscription will not be refunded. Exceptions, e.g. in the event of the death of the subscriber, are reserved.
Subscriptions to are automatically renewed at the end of the respective monthly subscription period. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us directly (our contact form or at [email protected]) at the end of the respective term. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period .
All disputes and chargebacks will be handled in accordance with Stripe's procedures. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to resolve any disputed transactions.
4. Data security and data protection
Your payment details are managed by Stripe and are subject to their privacy policy and security measures. We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers.
We take the confidentiality and security of your personal data very seriously. All personal data that you provide to us in connection with your subscription and payment processing is collected, processed and stored in strict compliance with Swiss law, including the provisions of the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). We have taken robust technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Your personal data will be used exclusively for the administration of your subscription and the processing of payments and will not be passed on to unauthorised third parties unless this is required by law or you have given your express consent. Detailed information about our data processing practices and your rights under the DPA can be found in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. 5 Liability and exclusions of liability
We are not liable for errors, delays or failures in payment processing that are attributable to Stripe's systems. Our liability for the services we provide is governed by sections 16 et seq. of the General Terms and Conditions.
Although we endeavour to ensure uninterrupted payment processing, we cannot guarantee that the payment service will be error-free and available at all times.
6. Compliance with the regulations
Our service and our offers comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including those relating to electronic payment transactions and data protection in Switzerland and the European Economic Area.
We are committed to complying with all applicable laws, regulations and payment provider policies. In the event that legislation changes or our payment provider's policies are updated, we reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions accordingly. You will be notified of such material changes by email and/or by a prominent notice on our portal. It is your responsibility to check the updated terms and conditions on a regular basis. If you continue to use our portal after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
7. Changes to the terms of payment
We reserve the right to change these payment terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you by email or notification on our portal and continued use of the service will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.

10 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These terms of payment are subject to Swiss law and shall be interpreted accordingly. All disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zug, Switzerland.
